Hicks Electric LLC provides electrical contracting services for traditional Design Bid Build through General Contracting and/or Construction Management for projects of any size and schedule.

Hicks Electric LLC within house project management and engineering can provide an expedited project through Design Build methods. This cannot only save time but save money, while giving the owner the exact facility needs that are desired or needed. Hicks Electric offers with select preferred contractor partners a No-Change Order guarantee, as the coordination of trades should, and will be our responsibility in the Design Build world, not the owners. 

Hicks Electric LLC will work with consultants to ensure budgets are hit, along with document production schedules. This can ensure a streamlined process and ensure that projects are designed/developed in the most cost-effective manner with hired consultants.
